Rabindranath Tagore and C. Raman, if they were confined to sick bed, could not have won the Nobel Prize. In fact, a sickly student with all his talents and abilities lags behind in the race of life. Health education brings positive changes in the mind of the student. There are high chances that they would never get caught in the deadly habits of smoking, alcoholism, drug addition, etc.
Neglect of the laws of health is the cause of misery. An unhealthy man lives a miserable life. With all his riches, pomp and power he is the poorest of the poor. He can neither enjoy peace of mind nor sound sleep at night. The world has no charm for him. Through health education, students are encourages to follow the rules for the preservation of health.
Healthy habits should be formed in childhood and youth. We should be moderate in eating and drinking.
We should be wise in the choice of plain, wholesome and simple food. Over-eating is worse than no eating. We should get plenty of sleep and get up early in the morning. I'd like to post one of my essays on poor diet and health education and would appreciate anyone who is competent enough to give a comment and approximate band.
Some people believe that better health education is the answer to this problem, but others disagree. What is your opinion? Nowadays, people are undoubtedly confronted with the great negative effects that fast food have on their regular consumers. While many people are arguing whether some improvements in health education would be the best way to tackle this common issue, I strongly support the belief. However, I think there are also other moves which could be done to complement better results.
As some people do not agree with the health education positive influence they might be thinking that Government could solve this problem more efficiently using other measures. For example, authorities could make junk food advertising reduced or even forbidden in schools, streets and television.
Thus, the consumption would probably be decreased as the fast food reminding adverts would vanish. Also, the Government could introduce paying higher taxes for junk food for both producers and advertisers. Eventually, that would lower the number of junk food products on market shelves.
On the other hand, improved education about health would have great influence on children and parents as well. Namely, introducing various lessons in school schedule would inevitably give high results. Those might include professional lectures along with convincing video tutorials, describing all negative impacts of junk food on human's health. As everyone tends to avoid being ill and preserve good health, will take proper measures to do so.
Moreover, convenient, well-organized presentations about poor, unhealthy diet and its consequences, are considered to be indispensable for rising parent's awareness. That should encourage them to prepare healthier meals to their children. To conclude, it seems avoidably to completely prevent our children and ourselves from often tasty fast foods, despite their severely bad effects. However, consequences yet could be reduced by engaging both parents and government to cooperate and find the best solutions.

It would score highly for these criteria. However, you have to be very careful about analysing the question to make sure you answer it fully. One can agree fully or disagree fully or agree and disagree and write both sides of the issue. My point was not about that. It was the fact that it needs to be made clearer that the essays is referring to preventative measures any why this is better than treatment. Actually upon reading it again, it is more fully addressed than I first thought, but it could still be made clearer. For example, the first body paragraph just reads as if to say healthy people are better.
